Band Bios: Zach Miko

After years of trying to find his place in the local music world Zach Miko is now on his own and after releasing his first EP. "Rough Cut." Zach began his journey in music as a freshman in highschool where he gave up his shot on the freshman football team to learn how to play guitar. After a few short lived bands such as Forsaken Melodies and The Spanish Inquisition Zach was approached by singer Jon Carson to form a band. Zach was the guitarist for Tempest Edge for the next several years. After some time Zach went separate ways from the band. Zach and Tempest Edge remain good friends to this day. Soon after he began to write his own songs and preforming at local venues in the Fairfield and New Haven county areas.
